Atami Soju is a clear, colorless distilled liquor that originated from Korea. This liquor is made from various grains such as rice, wheat, barley, potatoes, sweet potatoes and cassava. The alcohol content of this liquor varies from about 16.8% to 53% depending on the volume (ABV). Fruit soju was produced from 2015. When cocktails first entered Korea, soju was first mixed to create flavors extracted from fruits or fruit juices. Fruit soju has since gradually become a trend.
